Terms of service

These terms set out the ground rules for using Skipp’s website and support platform.

If you submit a request to a business through Skipp, that business remains responsible for its products, services, and response to your request. These platform terms do not replace your agreement with that business.

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Only access workspaces and customer information you are authorized to use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing their team’s access.

If you use Skipp on behalf of an organization, you should have authority to act for that organization and configure the service on its behalf.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, harassment, or distributing malicious content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another person’s information without permission.

Submit only information you have a right to share. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, and use designated secure fields when a business requests it.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and publish, including its accuracy, permissions, and suitability for your customers. Review help articles and request forms before making them public.

AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them, particularly where an error could have significant consequences.

External services and integrations have their own terms and availability. Connecting an integration may allow information to be shared with that provider; review its permissions and policies first.

Any fees, billing period, usage limits, renewal rules, and cancellation or refund terms should be clearly agreed when you subscribe.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
